BASEBALL BARD

THE POETRY OF THE GAME

WINTER TIME BLUES

July 2, 2017 by bardpoems

My hot dog has
Corn syrup
Potassium lactate
Sodium phosphates
Sodium diacetate
Sodium erythorbate
Maltodextrin
Meat trimmings
Fat
But what will kill me
Is all winter
I must eat it
With no baseball
To watch
