BASEBALL BARD

THE POETRY OF THE GAME

SCUFFED

June 30, 2017 by bardpoems

Scuffed balls
are thrown out.
No cuts, dings,
scars allowed.
Scuffed balls are
bashed, bruised
pounded, blasted,
slammed, hammered
rejected, dismissed.

Teach me. Scuff me.
